RADIO TRAPANI
RADIO TRAPANI (NL/ITA) makes sophisticated indie-pop.It is the alter ego of Dario Trapani, eclectic guitarist and songwriter with a background in jazz and countless hours spent producing on his laptop.They have a soft spot for extended chords, catchy hooks and melancholic yet goofy lyrics, a processed blend of Unknown Mortal Orchestra, Frank Ocean, MacDeMarco and Dirty Projectors.Their first album T.V.B. Kind of Love was released in 2022.The band features Alessandro Mazzieri (bass,synths), Giovanni Iacovella (drums, electronics) and Dario Trapani themself (guitar, vocals, live visuals)

Penny Roox
Penny Roox schrijft om het leven beter te begrijpen – liefde en oneerlijkheid, vergeten herinneringen en andermans verhalen. Melancholische pop voor dromers, met een mate van ongekende kwetsbaarheid.
Penny’s debuutsingle “Mean” uit 2021 kreeg veel aandacht en introduceerde een vintage mix van soul en sixties pop. Het nummer verschijnt een aantal weken in de Verrukkelijke 15-stemlijst van Radio 2 en wordt verschillende keren gedraaid (o.a. Radio 1, Radio 2, 3FM, Studio Brussel). Haar maxisingle uit 2022, “House On The Moon”, omarmde een moderner geluid met de hulp van Skiggy Rapz, waardoor haar productiewaarden naar een hoger niveau werden getild.
Hoewel Penny vasthoudt aan deze beproefde samenwerkingen, symboliseert haar aankomende EP ‘’By My Side’’ een frisse wind in haar muzikale oeuvre. De EP verschijnend in het voorjaar van 2024.

FRTRNL
FRTRNL, the collaborative musical duo of kusmo and Wunderwurld, brings together the diverse talents of two Latvian producers currently based in The Netherlands. Drawing inspiration from the UK bass/dubstep scene, kusmo melds half-time music with soul-jazz samples from the 60s and 70s, creating a genre-defying cosmic soundscape. Complementing this, Wunderwurld, influenced by house, UK garage, IDM, and more, crafts electronic music that transcends traditional genre boundaries. Together, as FRTRNL, their collaborative synergy produces a unique and captivating sonic journey, inviting listeners to explore the uncharted territories of contemporary music
